We book family sessions up to 3 months in advance. To keep the booking process fair, our policy is that we do not hold or secure dates without a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.

A 1/3rd non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date.

While Mani Pannu Productions is based out of Columbus, OH, we serve clients all over US/Canada. For bookings outside of Columbus, there will be additional travel/accommodation expenses that are not included in the package: flights, hotel, car rental (if required).

The number of images delivered varies depending on the length of your session, the number of family members, the location, and how the session unfolds, so we don't promise a set number. Our focus is always on capturing your family's story naturally rather than working towards a specific image count. After your session, we'll carefully select and professionally edit the very best photographs from the hundreds we capture. You'll receive a beautiful gallery filled with genuine moments, meaningful interactions, individual portraits, and group photographs that reflect your family as you are.

Since we accept a limited amount of sessions per year, our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. We deliver the photos while the excitement is fresh with each and every image professionally edited.

We work at their pace and capture genuine moments rather than expecting perfect behaviour.

When the editing is complete, we upload the images to a password-protected online gallery and send it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos. You can also download the whole gallery to your computer. The images are stored online for a year.
